- I have a health and fitness professional for over 10 years now. I run my own personal training at fitness business out of my home in Laguna Beach, and run a boot camp 3 times a week. I study Kyokushinkai karate as well as run, cycle, snowboard and play with my kids. I love hanging out at the beach and inspiring people to be healthy and fit. My approach for success is in using the power of the mind, visualizing and writing down your goals and then making a game-plan. When you are committed to yourself mentally, physically, and spiritual you are going to improve the quality of your life. That's why my program is called "Redefine Living".
